I have a 1981 Cape Dory 22 for sale. It has not been in the water for 3 seasons. I am 72 years old and suffered an injury in a skiing accident 3 years ago. The boat is on a cradle at Pioneer Marina on Lake Winnebago, Oshkosh, WI.
